For everything there is a season

This is the sign that seeks peace, not through war, but through demonstration and non-violent means. Peace is concerned with creativity and makes the space so that beauty and order may exist. Here we have the mystic and natural harmony created by Feng Shui, allowing the natural flow of Chi energy, where art and nature coexist, neither one dominating.

Libra gives us an awareness of the balance and harmony possible within relationships; the male and female elements are different but each compliments the other.

There need be no battle between the sexes as there is no superiority of one over the other, and each can coexist in harmony, with respect and love for the other.

This is a message that in our world today is lacking in some quarters. After many years of patriarchal civilisation, we have seen a time where the feminist viewpoint has in some case alienated those with which women must coexist, namely men.

A time will be coming over the next couple of decades when an acceptance and equality amongst the sexes will be our best means of progressing.

At the same time, there is a merging of Art and Science, of Mysticism and Realism, of Spirituality and Practicality. When we achieve this holisitic approach to living and relationships, we shall all surely benefit. Libra is in all our birthcharts, accentuated by planets there or through aspects and transiting planets. It represents an ideal, a utopia, but is nevertheless realistic and necessary goal towards our mutual futures.
